Present ideas for maximizing environmental benefits, including providing and assisting with energy star ratings and LEED Certification for project.
Create a final estimate together with necessary assumptions. Provide and assistwith the construction schedule for the project
Verify that design and concept is within budget set by owner notify owner if design and concept will not work with set budget
